It also covers collaborative and partnership arrangements, their value and scope, and how organisational and legal frameworks impact their delivery. The course covers effective ways to lead and develop people, exploring leadership theories, culture, wellbeing, development, policy, and strategy. It also focuses on personal and professional development, including the interrelationship between skills and mindset, and how to reflect on and develop one's own competencies and behaviours as a strategic leader.
