For those who prefer to spread the cost of their education over time, we offer the option to sign up online with monthly instalment plans. Here’s how you can take advantage of this option:

  • Access the Course Page: Visit the specific page and click on ‘Enrolment Options’.
  • Select Your Plan: Choose the plan you wish to enrol in and proceed to the payment options.
  • Opt for Monthly Instalments: Select the instalment plan option and review the monthly payment details.
  • Complete Your Subscription: Enter your payment information and confirm your subscription to the plan.

This method not only eases financial pressure by distributing payments but also ensures that you can manage your budget more effectively throughout your studies.

2. Custom Payment Plans via XERO Payment Links

If you require a custom payment plan tailored to your financial situation, LIBT provides flexibility through XERO payment links:

Contact the Finance Department: Email our finance team at finance@libt.co.uk to request a custom payment plan.

  • Receive Your Custom Plan: Our team will work with you to establish a plan that suits your needs and will send you a XERO payment link.
  • Make Payments: Use the link provided to make payments according to the agreed schedule.
3. Making Payments via Flywire for International Students

Flywire allows international students to make tuition payments in their local currency. Here’s how to use Flywire:

  • Visit the Flywire Portal: Go to Flywire.com and search for London Institute of Business and Technology or visit http://libt.flywire.com.
  • Choose Your Home Country and Currency: Provide your payment details along with your local currency.
  • Follow Instructions: Flywire will guide you through the process, including how to transfer funds from your bank or your local debit or credit card.

Flywire is especially beneficial for international students as it minimizes transaction fees and ensures that payments are securely and efficiently processed.

4. Paying Through PayPal

PayPal is a secure and quick way to handle education payments:

  • Access the Invoicing System: Request the finance team to send you the payment links from XERO.
  • Select the PayPal Option: Click on the PayPal link associated with your invoice.
  • Complete the Transaction: Log into your PayPal account and confirm the payment.

Using PayPal offers a layer of protection and is ideal for those who prefer an easy and secure digital payment method.

5. Direct Bank Transfer to Local Bank Accounts

For students who prefer traditional banking methods, direct bank transfers are available:

  • Bank Details: Obtain the bank details for LIBT’s accounts in the Isle of Man or the United Kingdom from the LIBT finance department.
  • Initiate Transfer: Using your bank’s website or by visiting a branch, initiate a transfer to the provided account details.
  • Confirm Payment: Ensure you include your student ID and the purpose of the payment in the transfer description for quick processing.

Direct bank transfers are straightforward and effective, especially for those who are managing larger sums of money or prefer not to use digital payment options.
