This unit aims to equip students with the fundamental methodologies, modelling and analytical techniques for the design and implementation of projects across a wide range of sectors, as well as to help Students understand how effective Project Management contributes to organisational success. The unit will also help leaders undertake a strategic management project of their own choosing, where they will develop a business case, propose a research design to inform the project's direction, recommend project management methods and tools to structure the delivery of the project, and report on project outcomes. Finally, leaders will reflect on the skills and behaviours that ultimately influence the success of the strategic management project.
