He holds a Doctorate in Professional Studies in Education from the University of Westminster and a Master of Philosophy in Management from UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia. Dr. Ranasinghe has served in numerous high-profile roles, including Head of Academic Quality and Improvement at Victoria College of Arts and Design and Associate Professor of Leadership and Human Resources at Richmond, The American International University in London. His career spans over two decades, during which he has significantly contributed to enhancing academic standards and ensuring quality in higher education. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a Chartered Manager, and has been honored with the President's Award.
