Biography

Richard Gleave Pawat is a dedicated IT professional and former Police Officer with extensive experience in offensive security, digital forensics, and law enforcement. Currently, he holds the position of Network Administrator at American Technical Education Qualifications (ATEQ), where he is responsible for developing and managing the Student Information System and Moodle Learning Management Platform. These platforms facilitate the delivery of ATEQ programs to higher education institutions across Asia and Africa, ensuring seamless transfer of credits and transcripts to American institutions for diploma awarding.

Before his current role, Richard served in various capacities with the Police Service of Scotland from 2017 to 2023. His work included fighting cybercrime using GNSS and GSM technologies to locate mobile devices and training police officers in the use of these systems. He played a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of high-profile diplomatic engagements at the Scottish Parliament and international meetings. Richard's investigative skills were also pivotal in addressing human trafficking cases, collaborating with British police divisions, Interpol, and international authorities to dismantle criminal enterprises and safeguard victims.
