1.  Understand fundamental concepts of project management and project life cycle

  3. Analyse and justify whether a project is carried out based on an appropriate project life cycle

2.  Define and estimate the resources needed for each project stage using relevant tools

  1. Consider and identify the resources needed for each project stage, including involved stakeholders and relevant tools. 
  2. Describe and approximate the time needed to complete a project by considering factors such as task dependencies and lengths
  3. Convey and provide internal stakeholders with information regarding project costs by considering estimated costs, variances and profits
