The aim of this course is to provide learners with a thorough understanding of the link between current educational research and practice by developing understanding of educational theory, policy and practice.
1. Understand contemporary issues affecting education policy and their impact on organisations
2. Demonstrate an understanding of the impact of policy change on educational provision
3. Demonstrate an understanding of developments in the education system resulting from legislative requirements
Scholarships
Citizens of the following countries are eligible for a 50% scholarship upon writing a personal statement. All scholarships are to be approved by the Academic Board. To pass the unit a 40% overall grade must be achieved.
