The module on Strategic Management and Planning aims to provide an overview of tools and frameworks used for strategic management and planning. It emphasizes the importance of having a well-defined strategic direction for an organisation's long-term growth. As a learner, you will be able to evaluate existing strategies and identify misalignments, critically analyze an organisation's strategic position using frameworks such as SWOT, PEST, and PESTEL, diagnose strategic issues, and propose solutions. Additionally, you will learn how to develop structured roadmaps for organisational growth and continuity and evaluate their outcomes.

2. Be able to manage personal leadership development to support achievement of strategic ambitions
3. Be able to evaluate the effectiveness of the leadership development plan

Scholarships

To pass the unit a 40% overall grade must be achieved.
