The Strategic Project Management module provides learners with fundamental methodologies, modelling, and analytical techniques to design and implement projects across different sectors. It aims to equip learners with the knowledge and skills to understand how effective project management contributes to organisational success. By the end of the module, learners will be able to understand project management principles, concepts, and theory, critically analyze complex problems, demonstrate critical awareness of the different steps of the project management process, and handle complex projects involving multidisciplinary stakeholders under conditions of uncertainty and change.
1. Understand principles, concepts, and theory of Project Management
2. Be able to critically analyse complex problems to propose project-based solutions
3. Be able to demonstrate critical awareness of the different steps of the Project Management process from conception to completion
4. Be able to demonstrate competence to handle complex projects involving multidisciplinary stakeholders under conditions of uncertainty & change
Scholarships

To pass the unit a 40% overall grade must be achieved.
