BUSL710 - Personal Leadership Development
This unit aims to explore leadership in relation to three aspects: leading self, leading others & leading change. The unit also provides learners with an understanding of the “Manager’s Toolkit” essential to drive strategy to effectively achieve organisational objectives outlined in the strategic roadmap. The transferable skills learned in this module may benefit the learner during the course as well as in future leadership roles.
Master's Top-up Modules
To achieve a complete MA in Business Management Degree, you need to accumulate 60 credits in addition to the 120 credits accumulated from our Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management, which can also include in-service training courses and qualifications as well as learning from on-the-job experience.
You can accumulate these additional 60 credits in two ways:
Work-based learning (WBL) projects
Most of your learning will come from work-based learning (WBL) projects. These are projects that are valuable to your employer, which you complete at work.
These WBL projects won’t involve activities you do in your day-to-day job as they need to involve new learning for you. You’ll do most of the work for these projects in your normal working hours.
Taught modules
You can study distance learning modules to expand your knowledge and understanding or to develop new skills in a more structured way.
