Course Overview

The Entrepreneurship for Strategic Managers module is designed to provide learners with an advanced understanding of entrepreneurship concepts and principles. The module covers key areas such as innovation, strategy and operations, financing, managing, and marketing sustainable ventures that generate wealth for individuals and communities. By the end of the module, learners will understand different types of entrepreneurship, including start-up and corporate, as well as the managerial, operational, strategic, and structural requirements for launching a new venture. They will also be able to identify barriers and drivers of innovation and evaluate capital-raising models and approaches. Overall, the module aims to equip learners with the knowledge and skills necessary to conceptualise, innovate, and successfully launch new ventures.
