In partnership with London Institute of Business and Technology (LIBT), the Institute of Development Finance (IDF) successfully hosted the first “Ultimate Growth Engine for Financial Institutions” training on December 2nd & 3rd, 2021. The resource person for the session was Chief Executive Officer of LIBT, Mr. Sesiri Pathirane.
The training served to offer banking officials expertise in digital marketing sales process, understanding customer behavior across various social media platforms, sending engaging email campaigns and analyzing the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns & digital ads.
The inaugural session was participated by banking & financial sector executives from Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, Samoa and Association of Development Financial Institutions in Asia & the Pacific (ADFIAP) Secretariat in the Philippines.
